The matress is bad..The room not suitable for big family amd children. The bed sheet not clean. Bathroom is smelly. The lettle are dented and rusted!! Also the is no storage for the tea bag and the sugar! The brightness of the room are not enough. Lift are old. U shud do the maintenance.

They hotel was last minute booking they have renewed recently close to bab e Salam and masjid e gamama side multiple food options.

They should work on lifts and staff

The management was absolutely unprofessional. One came to my room. When I let him in, he started recording my room and myself. His reasoning was that a customer claimed to have left a jacket. Indeed that was not appropriate.

it's worth for what's paid

It's not a 5 stars hotel, and it's still under renovation.

The staff was not polite , they did not clean the room properly until I gave them extra money , there was TV without remote, there was no phone to contact the reception , in general there was no extra facilities.

1. Spacious room with good features, bathroom, & big windows with view. 2. 10 minutes walk to Haram.

1. They don’t have telephone in room. So, to get any facilities you need to call their mobile number which they mostly don’t respond to. 2. Terrible and unethical staff. They don’t know a bit about hospitality and customer care. 3. Towels and pillows were dirty, upon asking fresh ones. The manager said, he will not give new. After a lot of argument, he said first show me what is dirty then I will give. It took them almost one hour to provide new sheets and towels which were also so smelly and yellow. Furthermore, I asked water and teabags from room service at 3 PM. Upon which they said, its checkout time we will give you at night. 4. AC & fridge made a lot noise at all the time and AC control doesn’t work. So its either freezing or hell.
